The College Council Approves the Results of the January 2026 Supplementary and Substitute Examinations and Directs the Acceleration of Preparations for Returning to the Khartoum Campus

As part of its commitment to advancing the academic process, the College Council held its emergency meeting No. (14/2026) today, Monday, 13 July 2026, under the chairmanship of Professor Sharaf El-Din Ibrahim Bannaga, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Council, with the attendance of the Council members.

The Council discussed a number of important academic matters included in its agenda. It approved the results of the January 2026 supplementary and replacement examinations for the Departments of Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Administrative Sciences, following a review of the academic reports and confirmation that they complied with the regulations and procedures governing examinations.

The Council also approved a proposal to postpone the examinations that had been scheduled for 9 August 2026 to a later date for students in the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth semesters. This decision was made to facilitate holding the examinations at the College’s main campus in Khartoum, in implementation of the decisions of the Ministry of Higher Education and to ensure the completion of the academic programmes in accordance with a plan that takes into account the exceptional circumstances facing the College.

Professor Sharaf El-Din Ibrahim reaffirmed the College Administration’s commitment to providing a suitable academic environment for the continuation of studies. He also commended the efforts of the faculty members in carrying out their academic responsibilities and maintaining the quality of the educational process.

For his part, the Chairman of the Council expressed his appreciation for the cooperation, patience, and dedication of the Council members in making decisions that serve the best interests of both the students and the College. He emphasized the continued commitment to teamwork in order to ensure academic stability and further enhance academic performance.
