Classes Will Resume for First-year Students on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

Referring to the previous announcement, we inform you that all preparations have been completed, and it has been decided to resume classes for first-year students on Thursday, 8 May 2025. In this regard, students are required to adhere to their obligations and promptly pay fees through the electronic payment system as follows:

1. Tuition fees for all engineering departments are 960,000 Sudanese pounds (SDG). Tuition fees for the Administrative Sciences Department are 580,000 Sudanese pounds (SDG). Payments are to be made in installments.

2. Payments are to be made to Bank of Khartoum account number 2064683 in the name of Ihab Sharaf El-Din Ibrahim.

3. Students are to fill in the notes box in the transfer with their name and college number.

4. After confirming the transfer, students are to send copies of the transfer (electronic notification) to WhatsApp number 00249912189771.

5. A receipt is to be sent to the student after confirming that the amount has been received in the account.

6. The student must keep the electronic receipt in a safe place. It will serve as proof of payment if necessary.

استئناف الدراسة لطلاب السنة الأولى يوم الخميس الثامن من مايو 2025م

بالإشارة إلى الإعلان السابق، نفيدكم بأن كامل التجهيزات قد اكتملت، وتقرر استئناف الدراسة لطلبة السنة الأولى يوم الخميس الموافق 8 مايو 2025. وعليه، يرجى من الطلبة الالتزام بالتزاماتهم ودفع الرسوم الدراسية في أسرع وقت من خلال نظام الدفع الإلكتروني على النحو التالي:

  1. قيمة الرسوم الدراسية لمختلف تخصصات قسم الهندسة تسعمائة وستون ألف جنيه (960,000 جنيه) سوداني. و(580,000 جنيه) سوداني قيمة الرسوم الدراسية لقسم العلوم الإدارية. تدفع على أقساط.
  2. يتم السداد في حساب بنك الخرطوم رقم 2064683 باسم إيهاب شرف الدين إبراهيم.
  3. على الطالب ملء خانة الملاحظات في التحويل باسمه ورقمه في الكلية،
  4. يتم إرسال صور التحويل (الإشعار الالكتروني) من قبل الطالب بعد التأكد من عملية التحويل الى رقم الواتساب 00249912189771.
  5. يتم إرسال ايصال استلام بعد التأكد من استلام المبلغ بالحساب.
  6. على الطالب الاحتفاظ بالإيصال الإلكتروني في مكان آمن وسيكون هو وسيلة الإثبات بالدفع في حال الضرورة.
