Announcement to Expedite Payment of the First Installment

Dear City College Students

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.

As you know, the college has made significant efforts in the past period, despite the current wartime circumstances. After communicating with lecturers and students who have been displaced both within and outside the country due to the tragedies of war, we have succeeded in resuming online classes at the minimum level, enabling students to continue their educational journeys until normalcy returns, God willing, in the near future.

As previously announced, the college has examined the minimum required expenses to cover the costs of the educational process, which primarily consist of paying the dues of lecturers in various departments. In response to students’ requests, the amount has been reduced and divided into four installments to be paid throughout the year. A number of students have thankfully paid the first installment.

The college has previously announced that students should hurry up to pay the second installment, which was due before the end of the first semester. However, the response has been weak so far. We urge our dear students to promptly pay the second installment in the coming days to ensure the continuity of studies, especially since we have already begun the second semester.

We also note that actual student accreditation, which will be the basis for subsequent stages of exams and other matters, will also be conditional upon payment of fees. Therefore, please check with the college registrar to confirm your current situation.

We appreciate your current situation, in which the faculty and administrative staff share the same difficulties and problems due to displacement and the difficulty of providing services for many of us.

We hope you appreciate this and ask God Almighty to grant security and remove this distress.

إعلان بتعجيل سداد القسط الأول

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

كما تعلمون جهود الكلية التي بذلت في الفترة السابقة في ظل ظروف الحرب الحالية، وبعد أن قمنا بالتواصل في الفترة الماضية مع المحاضرين والطلاب والذين تفرقت بهم السبل بسبب مآسي الحرب نزوحا داخل وخارج البلاد، فقد نجحنا في إعادة الدراسة إلكترونيا في الحد الأدنى الذي يمكن الطلاب من مواصلة مسيرتهم التعليمية ريثما تتم العودة إلى الوضع الطبيعي بإذن الله في المستقبل القريب.

لقد قامت الكلية كما أعلنت في الفترة الماضية بدراسة الحد الأدنى من المصروفات الذي يمكن من خلاله القيام بأعباء العملية التعليمية والذي يتكون بصورة أساسية من دفع مستحقات المحاضرين في مختلف الأقسام. واستجابة لطلبات الطلاب فقد تم تخفيض المبلغ وتقسيطه إلى أربعة أقساط تدفع خلال العام، ولقد قام جزء من الطلاب بدفع القسط الأول مشكورين.

لقد أعلنت الكلية في عدة إعلانات سابقة للطلاب بالإسراع لدفع القسط الثاني والذي كان واجب السداد قبل نهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول. ولكن كانت الاستجابة ضعيفة حتى اللحظة. إننا نهيب بالطلاب الكرام بسرعة السداد القسط الثاني خلال الأيام القادمة حرصا على استمرار الدراسة، خاصة أننا قد بدأنا بالفعل في الفصل الدراسي الثاني.

كما ننوه بأن اعتماد الطلاب الفعلي -والذي ستبنى عليه المراحل التالية من امتحانات وغيرها-، سيكون مشروطا أيضا بسداد المصاريف. لذا نرجو مراجعة مسجل الكلية للتأكد من وضعكم الراهن.

إننا نقدر وضعكم الحالي الآن والذي تشارككم فيه هيئة التدريس والشؤون الإدارية نفس الصعوبات والمشاكل بسبب النزوح وصعوبة توفر الخدمات لكثير منا.

نأمل منكم تقدير ذلك ونسأل الله العلي القدير أن يعم الأمن ويزيل الغمة.
