Announcement of tuition fees and payment procedures for the academic year 2023/2024

Dear Student,

Based on the current circumstances that the country is going through of instability and the war imposed on the Sudanese people, which has increased their suffering, and based on this painful situation, the college in the previous period studied these developments and worked to find possible ways to achieve a balance between the college’s expenses (including This includes professors’ benefits) and the required tuition fees, in order to reduce the financial consequences on students to the greatest extent possible, so we would like to inform you of the following:

First: Tuition fees for different programs

1. Engineering colleges (civil, electrical, and architectural engineering): Annual tuition fees: 600 US dollars, equivalent to 1,500,000 Sudanese pounds (as of today, August 8, 2024).
2. College of Administrative Sciences and Economics: Annual tuition fees: 400 US dollars, equivalent to 1,000,000 Sudanese pounds (as of today, August 8, 2024). Note that the dollar is equal to 2500 pounds.
3. Payment is made in Sudanese pounds into the account Bank of Khartoum No. 2064683 in the name of Ihab Sharaf El-Din Ibrahim.
4. The student must fill out the notes box in the transfer with his name and number at the college. (Example: Abdullah Abdul Rahim MS-2019-88).
5. The student must attach a copy of the transfer document to the WhatsApp number: + 249912189771
6. The receipt will be sent after confirming that the payment has been received
7. The installments will be scheduled later, after the start of the actual study.
8. The student must keep the electronic receipt in a safe place, and it will be the means of proof of payment if necessary.
9. This is for a receipt that will be sent to him on the WhatsApp number that was provided to us in the survey that was conducted earlier to find out the students’ locations and available internet conditions.
10. Receipts will have a unique serial number.

Important note:

Tuition fees do not include exam sitting fees, which will be determined later according to the same methodology that was followed above.

Second: Methodology for determining tuition fees

1. Taking into account economic conditions:

The economic situation in the country and its impact on family income was analyzed, which necessitated reducing tuition fees as much as possible to reduce the financial burden on students and their families.

• Reducing college and professors’ dues:
• The college family has waived any entitlements pertaining to it, including some who contribute to the educational process for a fee.
• Professors waived a large portion of their benefits in order to continue working at the college.
• The heads of engineering and administrative departments took the initiative to reduce their dues this year, in order to reduce tuition fees and ease the financial burdens on students.

Third: Procedures for paying fees

• Payment of tuition fees: Students must pay tuition fees in six monthly installments during the academic year (three installments per semester). Payment dates will be determined according to the schedule that will be published later.
• Taking into account the exchange rate: When paying fees instalments, the dollar exchange rate must be taken into account at the moment the installment is paid, noting that the dollar exchange rate (as of today, August 8, 2024) is equal to 2,500 pounds.

Fourth: Sitting fees for exams
Exam fees: Sitting fees for exams will be determined later, and will be according to a similar methodology, and we will inform you of the details when they are determined.

We would also like to inform you that determining tuition fees has taken a significant amount of time, in coordination between department heads, professors, and the college administration, until it comes out in the form mentioned above. This is the reason that delayed the practical start of continuing studies, and we strive to ensure the provision of an educational experience. Distinctiveness that keeps pace with current challenges. إعلان الرسوم الدراسية وإجراءات السداد للعام الدراسي  2023 – 2024م

أبنائ وبناتي الطلبة

بناءً على الظروف الحالية التي تمر بها البلاد من عدم الاستقرار والحرب التي فرضت على الشعب السوداني والتي أدث إلى زيادة معاناتهم، وبناء على هذا الوضع الأليم، قامت الكلية في الفترة السابقة بدراسة هذه المستجدات، والعمل على إيجاد السبل الممكنة لتحقيق توازن بين منصرفات الكلية بما في ذلك استحقاقات الأساتذة وبين الرسوم الدراسية المطلوبة، وذلك لتخفيف التبعات المالية على الطلاب إلى أقصى حد ممكن، لذا نود إعلامكم بالتالي:

أولاً: الرسوم الدراسية للبرامج المختلفة

1. الكليات  الهندسية (الهندسة المدنية، الكهربائية، والمعمارية): 
   الرسوم الدراسية السنوية: 600 دولار أمريكي، ما يعادل 1,500,000 جنيه سوداني (بتاريخ اليوم 8 أغسطس 2024).
2. كلية العلوم الإدارية والاقتصاد:
   الرسوم الدراسية السنوية: 400 دولار أمريكي، ما يعادل 1,000,000 جنيه سوداني (بتاريخ اليوم 8 أغسطس 2024) . علما بان الدولار يساوي 2500 جنيه.
3. يتم السداد بالجنيه السوداني في حساب
   بنك الخرطوم رقم 2064683 باسم إيهاب شرف الدين إبراهيم.
4. على الطالب ملء خانة الملاحظات في التحويل باسمه ورقمه في الكلية،
   مثال: عبد الله عبد الرحيم  MS-2019-88
5. على الطالب إرفاق صورة التحويل على على رقم الواتساب + 249912189771
6. سيتم إرسال الإيصال بعد التأكد من استلام المبلغ
7. سيتم تحديد موعد الأقساط لاحقا، بعد بدء الدراسة الفعلية.
8. على الطالب الاحتفاظ بالإيصال الإلكتروني في مكان آمن وسيكون هو وسيلة الإثبات بالدفع في حال الضرورة.
9. هذا لإيصال الذي سيرسل له على رقم الواتساب الذي تم تزويدنا به في المسح الذي تم في وقت سابق لمعرفة أمماكن الطلاب وظروف الانترنت المتوفرة.
10. ستكون الإيصالات ذات رقم متسلسل فريد.

ملحوظة هامة: الرسوم الدراسية لا تشمل رسوم الجلوس للامتحانات، والتي سيتم تحديدها لاحقاً وفقاً لنفس المنهجية التي تم اتباعها في اعلاه.

ثانياً: منهجية  تحديد الرسوم الدراسية

مراعاة الظروف الاقتصادية: تم تحليل الوضع الاقتصادي في البلاد وتأثيره على دخل الأسر، مما استدعى خفض الرسوم الدراسية قدر الإمكان لتخفيف العبء المالي عن الطلاب وأسرهم.

تخفيض مستحقات الكلية والأساتذة: أسرة الكلية تنازلت عن أي استحقاقات تخصها ومنهم من يساهم في العملية التعليمية بجون أجر.الأساتذة تنازلوا عن جزء كبير من استحقاقاتهم وذلك حرصا منهم لاستمرار العمل في بالكلية. 

بادر  رؤساء الأقسام الهندسية والإدارية بتقليص مقدر لمستحقاتهم في هذا العام، وذلك لتقليل الرسوم الدراسية وتخفيف الأعباء المالية على الطلاب.

1. ثالثاً: إجراءات سداد الرسوم

تسديد الرسوم الدراسية: يجب على الطلاب سداد الرسوم الدراسية على ستة أقساط شهرية خلال فترة العام الدراسي (ثلاثة أقساط لكل فصل دراسي). سيتم تحديد مواعيد السداد وفقاً للجدول الزمني الذي سيتم نشره لاحقاً.

مراعاة سعر الصرف: عند سداد اقساط الرسوم، يجب الأخذ في الاعتبار سعر صرف الدولار لحظة سداد القسط علما بان سعر صرف الدولار (بتاريخ اليوم 8 أغسطس 2024) يساوي 2500جنيه.

رابعاً: رسوم الجلوس للامتحانات

رسوم الامتحانات: سيتم تحديد رسوم الجلوس للامتحانات لاحقاً، وستكون وفقاً لمنهجية مشابهة، وسنقوم بإعلامكم بالتفاصيل عندما يتم تحديدها.

خامساً: الدعم والمساعدة

الاستفسارات والدعم: إذا كانت لديكم أي استفسارات حول الرسوم الدراسية أو إجراءات السداد، يرجى التواصل مع إدارة الكلية عبر القنوات الرسمية:
