Announcement of the Procedures for Obtaining the Graduation Certificates
The City College of Science and Technology announces the procedures for obtaining general graduation certificates in English and Arabic by filling out the form at the following link:

Application fees for one copy in Arabic or English: 250 thousand Sudanese pounds and payment is made as follows: 1. Payment is made in Sudanese pounds to the account of Bank of Khartoum No. 2064683 in the name of Ihab Sharaf El-Din Ibrahim Banqa.
- The student must fill in the notes box in the transfer in his name.
- The student must attach a copy of the white receipt which includes the transfer Number and transaction details to the WhatsApp number + 249912189771 for Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Taher – Secretary of Scientific Affairs.
- A receipt will be sent after confirming receipt of the amount.
- The student must keep the electronic receipt in a safe place and it will be a means of proof of payment if necessary.
- This receipt will be sent to the student on the WhatsApp number that he will specify.
- Receipts will be issued bearing a unique serial number.
Graduates will be notified upon completion of the issuance, in preparation for receiving it from Kassala City through the College’s Academic Affairs Secretary. The certificate will be delivered to the student himself or his representative with an official power of attorney. Please follow up the procedures with the Academic Affairs Secretary on the numbers mentioned above.

بهذا تعلن كليس سيتي للعلوم والتكنولوجيا عند إجراءات استخراج شهادات الخريجين العامة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية عبر ملء النموذج على الرابط التالي:

رسوم التقديم للنسخة الواحدة باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية: 250 ألف جنيه سوداني.
تدفع كالآتي:
- يتم السداد بالجنيه السوداني في حساب
بنك الخرطوم رقم 2064683 باسم إيهاب شرف الدين إبراهيم بانقا. - على الطالب ملء خانة الملاحظات في التحويل باسمه
- على الطالب إرفاق صورة الإيصال الأبيض الذي يحتوي رقم عملية التحويل على رقم الواتساب + 249912189771 الخاص بدكتور/ أحمد محمد طاهر – أمين الشؤون العلمية.
- سيتم إرسال إيصال الاستلام بعد التأكد من استلام المبلغ
- على الطالب الاحتفاظ بالإيصال الإلكتروني في مكان آمن وسيكون هو وسيلة الإثبات بالدفع في حال الضرورة.
- هذا الإيصال سيرسل للطالب على رقم الواتساب الذي سوف يحدده.
- ستكون الإيصالات ذات رقم متسلسل فريد.
وسيتم إعلام الخريجين عند اكتمال الإصدار، تمهيدا لاستلامها من مدينة كسلا بواسطة أمين الشؤون العلمية للكلية، تسلم الشهادة للطالب نفسه أو لمن ينوب عنه بتوكيل رسمي.
