Dear Students,

Subject: Clarification of the Reasons for Absence from Exams for Students Who Were Unable to sit for the Exams

Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

The college administration affirms that it is aware of the exceptional and difficult circumstances our beloved country, Sudan, is experiencing due to the ongoing war, which has negatively impacted all aspects of life, including the educational process. We fully understand that these circumstances have prevented some of you from taking your exams due to security issues, displacement, or communications outages.

Accordingly, as a necessary step to resolve your academic status and prepare for any future arrangements, we ask you to write a letter to the relevant department head stating the full reasons for your inability to take your exams, as well as your current place of residence.

We are proud of you all, and we pray to Allah to restore security and stability to our country, and that you may continue your educational journey with success and excellence.

السادة الطلاب والطالبات الأعزاء،

الموضوع: توضيح أسباب الغياب عن الامتحانات للطلاب الذين لم يتمكنوا من أداء الامتحانات

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،

تؤكد إدارة الكلية أنها تدرك الظروف الاستثنائية والصعبة التي يمر بها وطننا الحبيب السودان بسبب الحرب الدائرة، والتي أثرت سلبًا على جميع مناحي الحياة بما فيها العملية التعليمية. نحن نتفهم تمامًا أن هذه الظروف قد حالت دون تمكن بعضكم من أداء الامتحانات نتيجة ظروف تتعلق بالأمان، النزوح، أو انقطاع الاتصالات.

بناءً عليه، وكخطوة ضرورية لتسوية أوضاعكم الأكاديمية والاستعداد لأي ترتيبات مستقبلية نطلب منكم كتابة خطاب الى رئيس القسم المعنى يوضح الأسباب الكاملة لعدم تمكنكم من أداء الامتحانات بالاضافة الى مكان اقامتكم الحالى.

نعتز بكم جميعًا، وندعو الله أن يعيد الأمان والاستقرار إلى ربوع وطننا، وأن تتمكنوا من متابعة مسيرتكم التعليمية بكل نجاح وتفوق.
